Terms of Service
Last updated: June 14, 2026
These terms govern your use of Helm (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you are using Helm on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
The Service
Helm lets you build an AI support agent trained on your knowledge and procedures, and deploy it as a hosted page or embedded site widget. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the knowledge, instructions, and connected actions you configure, and for the answers your agent gives.
- You must have the right to use any content you upload, and you must not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
AI-generated output
Answers are generated by AI models and can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing your agent before launch and for any reliance on its output. Do not present agent output as professional (legal, medical, financial) advice.
Acceptable use & suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, run up unreasonable usage, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or violate these terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties — including OpenAI for model inference and embeddings, Supabase for data storage and authentication, and optionally Firecrawl for website ingestion and Resend for email. Your use is also subject to their terms.
Disclaimers & liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helm disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from agent output, service interruptions, or third-party services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the prior three months.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
