Professional services

An AI receptionist for consultants, agencies and advisers

Helm answers questions about your services and process, asks your qualifying questions, and books a discovery call or hands the enquiry to the right person with everything written up.

Answers about services, process, fees and fit from your own pages.

Asks your qualifying questions, such as scope, budget and timeline, before the call.

Hands each enquiry to a named owner, with a reply time you set.

How it works

Automation that stays accountable.

Stop spending discovery calls on discovery

Half of a first call often goes on questions a web page could answer: what you do, who you work with, how you charge, how long it takes. Helm handles those from your approved information, so the call starts where it should.

Qualify without an interrogation

Write the questions you need answered for each service. Helm asks them in the course of the conversation, accepts plain answers, and will not file an enquiry until the required ones are in. You see scope, timing and fit before you reply.

Book the call or hand it over

With a connected Cal.com calendar Helm books the discovery call once the prospect confirms; with a booking link it sends the right page. Without either it takes a request, and your rules say which enquiries need a person straight away.

No advice it cannot stand behind

Helm answers from what you have written down, including your prices. Add plain rules for what needs professional judgement, such as legal, tax or investment questions, and those become a request for a person with the conversation attached.

Common workflows

Where businesses use Helm first

Discovery-call booking

Qualified prospects book a call, or get your booking link, without an email back-and-forth.

Enquiry triage

Rules in your own words decide what needs a person now. Everything else goes to your fallback owner with a promised reply time.

Out-of-hours capture

Enquiries that arrive at the weekend are answered, written up and waiting in the inbox on Monday.

FAQ

Can it give legal or financial advice?

It is not meant to. Helm answers from the information you approve about your services and process. Add rules for what must go to a person, test them before launch, and never present its answers as professional advice.

Can it quote a price?

Only prices you have written into your information, such as a fixed fee or a starting rate. Custom quotes become an enquiry for a person, with the scope already captured.

Who receives each enquiry?

You write plain rules for when a person must take over and name a fallback owner for everything else. Every enquiry lands in one shared inbox for your team.

Does it answer the telephone?

Not yet as a self-serve channel. A phone line is in early access as part of the Voice: website + phone add-on, set up with you. Spoken conversations on your website are part of the same add-on.

How much does it cost?

Building and testing chat is free. Going live on Core is $500 a month for one receptionist, and Scale is $700 a month for up to 5 brands or locations.
