How it works
Questions arrive mid-appointment and after closing: how long a balayage takes, whether you take walk-ins, how much a gel removal costs. Helm replies from your price list and policies, so a client deciding at ten at night gets an answer instead of a missed call. Anything that needs a professional opinion goes to your team.
Connect Cal.com and Helm books real free times once the client confirms. Keep your current booking tool and Helm sends the link to the right page, without claiming the appointment is made. Or take requests for a preferred day and time for your front desk to confirm.
A colour appointment that needs a patch test, a treatment that needs a deposit, a spa day that needs early arrival: put the rule in your information and Helm mentions it when a client asks. When your team confirms requests, a condition never holds the request back. Helm files it and mentions the condition in its reply.
Website chat works today, with WhatsApp and email in early access. Enquiries that need your team land in one inbox, written up with the client's details and what they asked.

FAQ
Helm books directly through a connected Cal.com account. If you use Fresha, Booksy, Vagaro or another tool, choose booking-link mode: Helm answers questions and sends the link to your booking page, and never tells the client they are booked.
WhatsApp is in early access and is set up and tested with you. Website chat is available to every business today.
Helm says so, takes the client's name and contact details, and creates a request for your team instead of guessing.
Not yet as a self-serve channel. A phone line is in early access as part of the Voice: website + phone add-on, set up with you. Spoken conversations on your website are part of the same add-on.
Building and testing chat is free. Going live on Core is $500 a month for one receptionist, and Scale is $700 a month for up to 5 locations or brands.
Start with your information, the questions you always ask, and the channel that matters most.
