Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of data associated with your Helm account, workspace, customer conversation, or connected WhatsApp Business or Facebook account.

How to request deletion

  1. Email alexwohl@accelara.aiwith the subject “Data deletion request.”
  2. Send the request from the email address associated with your account. Include your workspace name and describe the data you want deleted.
  3. If your request concerns a WhatsApp or Messenger conversation, include the connected business name and the phone number or profile needed to identify the conversation. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or other account secrets.

What happens next

We may ask for additional information to verify that you are authorized to make the request. Once verified, we will delete or anonymize the applicable account, workspace, knowledge, conversation, and channel data unless we must retain limited information for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, or dispute-resolution purposes. We will confirm when the request has been completed.

Disconnecting Meta products

You can disconnect a WhatsApp Business or Facebook Messenger channel inHelm. You can also remove the app from your Meta business settings. Disconnecting stops future channel activity; use the email process above if you also want previously stored Helm data deleted.
